Most of our products ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 7 business days. This, of course, depends on the current shipping volume and seasonal delays! We cannot always control those things, but we do our best to make sure you receive your order in a reasonable time frame. See our Shipping Policies page for more info!

Sometimes, but not always. We endeavor to keep shipping and various other costs as low as possible to keep the prices fair for you. Occasionally this means storing and shipping from different locations, which can mean you'll receive more than one package. We try to limit this as much as possible though! Please recycle your boxes whenever you can :)

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
