Frequently asked questions
Most of our products ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 7 business days. This, of course, depends on the current shipping volume and seasonal delays! We cannot always control those things, but we do our best to make sure you receive your order in a reasonable time frame. See our Shipping Policies page for more info!
We can currently ship to the US and Canada! We hope to add Europe soon.
Even if we can't ship to your area yet, you can still become a member of the site, and participate in the upcoming community features - We'd love to have you! We will also be at several events and festivals in the coming year and you are welcome to try our coffee there :)
Sometimes, but not always. We endeavor to keep shipping and various other costs as low as possible to keep the prices fair for you. Occasionally this means storing and shipping from different locations, which can mean you'll receive more than one package.
We try to limit this as much as possible though!
Please recycle your boxes whenever you can :)
